Oops. Your browser was hijacked. Running MSIE with insufficient security, I
guess. The Internet is a vast, untrusted network, and you need to learn to
secure your own computer because the cavalry is nowhere to be seen.

There are instructions in that message to change your 'hosts' file. That can
be found, usually, in C:\Windows on Win95/98/ME systems, or C:\Winnt on
WinNT/2K/XP systems. You will need to change the file properties to clear
the Read-Only setting that the hijacker put on the file.

Other than that, follow the directions in the message.

If you have never even heard of the 'hosts' file, you probably never had one
in place. If this is your own computer, you can probably get rid of it. Or
at least rename it. It works without an extension, so just adding one will
break it; change it from 'hosts' to 'hosts.bad' will do it. But, if it is
not your computer, don't delete it, rename it and ask the owner to fix it.
