Did you create a user account for ANNE on all workstation in the workgroup.
Same for Bill.

example: If you want to access John Smith's computer and there are 5
employees that are on the network. Each computer will need to have an
account created and given rights. This is the biggest down fall I feel
about a peer to peer network. The other work around is just to give each
shared folder and printer an Everybody User permissions and security. This
weakens the security end of the NTFS, but it is the easiest way if there are
new people that start to work on the network. Thats is why a central
machine running Windows XP Pro/2000 Pro contains all the files and people
acces that machine. This just means that you have to manage a single
computer security.

I hope I explained myself. If you need more details please post reply and I
will be checking it.
