My computer was infected with this and several other viruses and I ran a
Norton Anti-Virus scan and got rid of all except this. I receive a message
stating that Norton Anti-Virus cannot eliminate the virus. I receive
hundreds of undelivered e-mails and continual reminders that the virus
cannot be eliminated. I also see an outlook express symbol indicating that
it is sending an e-mail. What should I do to get rid of this virus. Thank
you for your time.
