Outlook Express is updated with windows update, not office
update, so you should be OK if you're completely up to
date. Methinks the provider is blowing smoke, er...
somewhere. Why don't you try the same thing using a third
party mail reader like Eudora, or Outlook itself? OE is
pretty limited, and is certainly more vulnerable to attack
anyway, IMHO.
