Error message

When I go into my online banking area and open up my
account history I get a error message reading:
*** Microsoft Interenet Explorer has encountered a problem
and needs to close...sorry for the inconvienience***
This is the only area I get this message all other areas
are okay ???

Any help would be appreciated !
