Advance Audit - a question for the pro's

Is there a way to audit not the opening and entering of a certain mailbox
(that's easy) but the transactions that happen inside.
For example:Was mail opened ? Deleted ? Where meetings changed?
I'm using Exchange 5.5
If not, are there any 3rd party software that can do this the server ?
