Port shows up in Netmon but not Netstat

On one of our machines, Netmon is showing a series of TCP/IP communications
with an unknown computer. Both inbound and outbound packages are being sent
via port 63333 on our end. But Netstat isn't displaying anything on port
63333. Why would that be?
