Right... no one is required to read the FAQ, or use it to answer questions,
or forbidden from answering questions that are in the FAQ. It's optional.
I figure it has to be better than nothing. If some people prefer to type in
the same answer over and over, that's cool with me. I know that for me,
however, the quality and content of my answers will vary depending on what I
do or don't remember to say on any given day.
Really, even if the FAQ is only useful to me and is only used by me, it's
still helping me answer more people with consistent quality in less time,
whether anyone else uses it or not, and that's still good. It does appear
to get a fair number of hits.
