mail admistration

I am receiving numerous emails saying that my email has
failed to be delivered. Delivery Status Notification
(Failure) is usually the title. These emails are to
people I have never heard of. It must be some type of
spam. Is anyone else out there getting these emails and
is there anything I can do about it. I'm getting more
everyday. Thanks
