email from microsoft?????

i got the same thing, several times. I tried to send it
back, it got rejected by what appears to be the senders
host server. The reason? thier server sez it has a
win32.xxxx.dll virus!
i used "NEOTRACE" and it got tracked back to
admin@dumas.gov.ru !!!!!!!!!!!!!
DON'T OPEN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
