What mail client are you using to receive the message,
and what mail program was used to generate the secured
message?
If you email program you use to receive the message *can't*
handle S/MIME (secure email) messages, you will see
a .p7m attachment and:
- If the message is *signed*, you should still be able to see the
content but the signature block will be useless to you, and
you won't be able to verify the integrity of the message.
- If the message was *encrypted* to you, you will only see
the undecipherable attachment, unless you have an S/MIME
capable email program (OE5, NN 4.6+ etc..)
