I'm a twin brother to Alley Oop and straight out of the
Jurassic Age. I've had my little HP Pavillion with
Windows 95 for a long time and it suits my needs - well
most of the time. I use Microsoft Explorer version 5.0
and it also has MOSTLY served my needs until just
recently. Most of the sites I use have switched to 128
bit encryptation. I still have 56 bit. When I try to
download 128 from Microsoft's fix-it page, it tells me I
cannot do it without some apparent software ugrades and it
implies I should download Explorer 6.0. I cannot find out
how to do that for Windows 95. Can anyone provide me with
simple instructions?
