Security Update Q329414 (MDAC 2.1)

I have updated my critical updates for this Q329414
(MDAC 2.1) Three times in the last week. August 23 I got a
notice that I should update this so I did and I restarted
my computer then again on August 24 and 28th I got the
message that I should update this so I did again. How many
times do I need to update the same thing?
