This is not a security issue but presuming you are asking
a serious question, Display your desktop (by minimizing
some or all other programs).

On most versions of Windows the "Recycle Bin" is on
the left of the screen but may be position on the lower
right (but technically can be anywhere you have moved
it.)

You using that icon to open the Recycle Bin you can
both recover files and delete files permantly -- your
choice.
