HI,
Had the exact same problem today , used to have IE5.5
and downloaded version 6 . This problem occured after a
couple of weeks . I just found the original download
program (which I stored in a folder) and re-ran the
installation , it said it needed to connect to the
internet to download some more files (probably the ones
which dissapeared causing the problem) . It has now cured
the cypher strength from "0" to "128" and can now access
secure sites . Please let me know how you get on . Colin.
