Thanks for the reply. I verified that these files existed
and match SP1 version. This machine still does not work.
Why these files and not the files that are listed in the
KB article?
The files on the XP machine that works match the updated
files listed in the KB article. The XP machine that does
not work, the files do not match those on the KB article.
When I log into Windows Update with the XP that does not
work I do not see it in the list of installed updates or
uninstalled. When I log into Windows Update with the Xp
that works I see it in the list of installed updates.
Any thoughts?
