This is by default on Outlook Express - it's there to protect you from
potential email viruses.

You have two choices: you can either selectively give access to certain
attachments, or you can give yourself access to all of them.

To get at just one attachment, but not have access to all of them, just hit
forward on the message that you want to get the attachment from. In the new
message you create, just right click on the attachment and save it. It's
kind of a kludge, but it works.

To get access to all attachments, just turn off the security measure. Go to
tools - options - security and uncheck the option to deny you access to
attachments that could potentially be a virus.
