The fact that M$ is not Free Software is a BIG part of the problem.

If people can't examine the source code, then there is no way to know
what M$ is up to, or has missed.

No one in their right mind would trust the yuppies at M$ even as far as
they could throw them with both hands tied behind their back.

One of the most satisfying moments of the past year was when I wrote
random numbers 25X over the partition that Windoze was on.

Freedom from the tyrant!

Three OS's from corporate kings in their towers of glass,
Seven from valley lords where orchards used to grow,
Nine from dotcoms doomed to die,
One from the Dark Lord Gates on his dark throne
In the Land of Redmond where the Shadows lie.
One OS to rule them all,
One OS to find them,
One OS to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them,
In the Land of Redmond where the Shadows lie.
