BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!
I have a network of mixes OS versions and have applied the patches
accordingly when originally announced. We also rely on our firewall/routers
to block ports. We also turn off all port services that are not required
for our operation.
Yet, due to the recent hysteria I wasn't so confident and my pending weekend
vacation in Boca Raton was in jeopady.
Thanks to this tool, I just finished tested our network and we secured.
You have made my WIFE extremely happy!
This is the type of software that is needed in all your installations.
In fact, I recommend where Windows installations finishes up by using a
Loopback network adapter concept or by contacting a Microsoft "web service"
to perform a final remote security check on the local installation machine.
If need be, the latter can be used as a a "marketing feature" or software
registration incentive for Microsoft.
Once again, BRAVO!!!
