The text probably doesn't match because you (or someone) switched the
control panel from the default category view to the old classic view. If
you click on the "switch to category view" there is indeed an icon that says
"Network and Internet Connections". As far as the dependency error goes,
you are probably running into a common bug for which there is a KB
