Blaster worm question

My computer was hit by the Blaster worm. I have Windows
XP. Unfortunately, I am now in a endless reboot loop when
I turn on my machine. It keeps turning off during the
boot so I never get to a place where I can execute any
command to remove the virus. I tried to boot in "safe
mode" and every other mode, to no avail. MS's site is no
help and their support line is busy 24 hours per day.
Does anyone have any advice? THANKS.
