          You can download Efsinfo. There is the possibility that your EFS private key is
    corrupt which is why it is always recommended to export and save a copy of it. You
    might try to use cipher command to decrypt files [built in]. You also need at least
    list/read/execute ntfs permissions to the folder/files to be able to
    ncrytp/decrypt. --- Steve
