MS03-026 Help Needed for NT4 Workstation!

OK, I'll plead stupidity. I believed the Windows Update
site when it advised me that I needed to apply NT Security
Patches. Not right!! I stupidly installed the patches
(actually, the site installed 3 patches rather than the
two that were included in the description) but it turned
out that they are for NT 4.0 SERVER, not Workstation (that
I have). The one that hosed my system as far as eRas, IE6,
etc. was Q823803. Luckily, the installer did work
correctly, so I'm back in business (unless something else
is broken but lurking in the shadows!) Sorry for the
bandwadth, but it was a real learning experience!
