Hi - who is "you" ? This is a public newsgroup populated by volunteers, and
visited occasionally by MS staff, so it's best not to address anything
personally to Bill Gates. :-

That said:

Windows 9x/ME are not affected by the recent RPC buffer overflow exploit,
but there are plenty of other patches you need, and you ought to go to
www.windowsupdate.com - this should be visited monthly or so, anyway. Get
all critical and recommended updates. Also protect your computer or network
with a decent firewall to block ports. www.sygate.com has a free firewall
for personal use.
