This patch is uninstallable.

I've seen no reports of problems after installing this patch.

The only "issue" I've seen reported is that although the patch prevents
intrusion, it may not prevent a Denial of Service (DOS) attack using the
same mechanism.

I would stay tuned for perhaps a revision of the patch at some later date.
