MS03-026 patch

I am intending to download the patch on my Windows XP
system. My machine dual boots, and has Windows 2000
server on a second partition. This operating system is
not configured for internet connection. It is for
training purposes, as I am taking computer classes.

Will the 2000 server OS be safe (not directly connected
to the internet, but on the same machine) if I install
the security patch only on the XP system?
