pop-ups

I am getting these annoying pop-ups stating
that "messages like this may be a security risk" and that
Microsoft's own Messaging service implimented
this "advertizing system" into XP, 2000 and NT. They
then state that I should visit http://www.MessageAway.com
to find an easy and fast way to get rid of them! They
are creating an annoyance so that they can sell me their
product!!!!!!! Is there a way to get these pests out of
my system?? Some times I get 90 of these in a day!!
