Do you have a good firewall protecting your network, with all inbound ports
blocked except those necessary (25 for inbound SMTP, 80/443 for OWA)?
Do you run file-level antivirus on the Exchange server (excluding the
Exchange and web folders and M drive)?
Have you run IISLockdown and URLScan on the Exchange server (using the
latest versions, making sure they're configured for Exchange)?
