Hi Brian,
Are you on LAN or just Internet? My advice is:
- install and use personal firewall (doesn't matter which one. It can be
Sygate or ZoneAlarm (this two are free) or BlackIce or Symantec (this two
are not free)...
- change your passwords if you thin someone else knows them...
