still no 128 bit encryption

running ie explorer 6, can't get any help using all the
patches (none for ie 6). I've tried all the hints, tips
etc. including changing schannel, rsabase and rsaenh.dll
files to .old, still no success. Also disabled winzip, no
success. I wonder if Noreen got hers fixed? She seems to
have the same problem a few days ago. Can you help
