Here's a guess about what you are talking about. Go to

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\R
atings]

Delete the Key value. Now you can access Content Advisor and change the
password to something you can remember.

Next time, try to be a little more descriptive of your problem.
