using "IsInRole" in Domains with ActiveX-Directory

I am using in ASP-Net the function
User.IsInrole("DOMAINNAME\Administrators") inside a Domain-
Network with ActiveX-Directory (server) to check if the
logged windows user has the required role to execute some
code, but it fails every time. I tried it with all other
possible group
("MACHINENAME\Administrators", "BUILTIN\Administrators")
without success.

who can help me, how to find out without debugger all
possible roles for the function "IsInRole" ?
There are any function how to get the list of all roles in
the system ?
