Odd problem with File Encryption

Dear Not Important,
The last time I saw that problem was when I used a Linux
Disk to change the Administrator's password on a Windows
XP Laptop. When the password was different from the
password that encrypted the file the Administrator did
not have access to his own files. Try changing the
password on the machine back to the password that was
used when the files were encrypted and you were able to
unencrypt them. This should give you access to the files.
Then when you change your password again the system
should be in sync with your files.
