If you use IE and if you see the red stop sign at the
bottom of your screen while accessing the problematic
site, double-click on that sign and read the reason of why
the cookie was blocked
Try to make you security settings (both on Security and
Privacy tabs) as low as possible and try to access
problematic sites with these settings. See whether it
helps and then increase the security settings while it
still works.
