windows file protection

Im a common regular normal computer user. My computer
ucknowledge is very poor. Ok this is the message that I
get every time I'm turn on my computer.
WINDOWS FILE PROTECTION
FILE THAT ARE REQUIRED FOR WINDOWS TO RUN PROPERLY HAVE
BEEN REPLACED BY UNRECOGNIZED VERSION.
TO MAINTAIN STABILITY WINDOWS MUST RESTORE THE ORIGINAL
VERSION OF THESE FILES.
NORTON ANTIVIRUS, said that this is not a virus related.
So somebody can help me, my computer is erratic, some
time as soon started, I get a blue screen that said:
starting to dump physical memory, and I have to restart
again. Other time, my printer is no more installed, and I
can't re-install, because some subfile doesn't exist. Also
I have hundreds of Norton antivirus alert that said: NAV
HAS DETECTED AND REMOVED A VIRUS FROM YOUR COMPUTER.
OBJECT NAME: C:\PAYLOAD.DAT VIRUS NAME: BACKDOOR, TROJAN.
ACTION TAKEN: THE FILES WAS AUTOMATICALLY DELETED. I GOT
MORE THAN 200 HUNDRED ALERTS EVERY DAY. i'CANT WORK, I
CAN'T NAVIGATE. WELL IF SOMEBODY CAN HELP ME I WILL
REALLY, BUT REALLY APRECIATE.
