Computer is communicating without my permission...

My Computer is communicating without my permission... I
don't know who it is talking to but it keeps dialing on
and sending and receiving files. How do I stop this
without shouting it? I only added Music Now, that premium
service from Windows Media lately but I thought I removed
it from my computer.
Any ideas?
