the question i would have is if it 'comes back' when you log into your
computer or other times.
If it is at start up, go to this path on your computer -
C:\Documents and Settings\'your login'\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
then see if you can pick which program might be doing it at startup by
moving one at a time to another directory.
