Corrupted file? Can't delete

If I need to go somewhere else please tell me.
I had a file show up two weeks ago on my desktop. It said
MSNmail. I tried to delete it in all manner but it keeps
coming back onto my desktop. I opened it and it said this
may be corrupted. It says many things but the first is
Getmoneycentral.msn.com/salsa/util/hasacctdata.asp
It also says things about Profind oe. msn.msnmail
I would love for msn to read it and tell me what it is and
why I cannot delete it. Any help is appreciated.
