My 2 yr old grandson played with my computer over the
weekend while I was gone and now can't get in thru IE or
MSN8 or Messenger. States that I am behind a firewall and
it tried to use a proxy but still couldn't. I did what it
told me to but still can't get thru. Fortunately I still
have netzero on my computer and can get in that way. How
do I fix this or who do I contact?
