What the heck is Norton doing then?

I too received the same email and I am wondering why is Norton, with the
latest and greatest virus definitions not picking them up. I am starting to
get really ticked. I am downloading (much to my chagrin) Spybot and
ZoneAlarm now as we speak. Even though I think they are a royal pain in the
you know what, I need to try to gain some control here.

Norton did pick up one today. But it let in the one Robert Moir was talking
about. I haven't opened the attachment but I haven't deleted it. I am
staring it, trying to will Norton to find it. No luck so far. Guess I will
have to do it myself.
