a bogey's broken through my firewall

Running ZoneAlarm basic version, I clicked on one of the results of an
innocuous google search and got taken to a rogue porn site (the link was
disguised as something else). Now every few minutes another variant of that
same web page pops up in IE6. I keep adding them to the target list of my
no-frills IE pop-up stopper program, but new variants keep appearing. Not
sure how to handle this, thanks for any help.
