    Hi,
My computer has recently developed a problem which will
not allow me to either access my bank account, purchase
anything online or get into either AOL IM or Yahoo etc. I
get a message that Internet Explorer cannot open the
particular website because an "error occurred in the
secure channel support". I am also getting script errors.
Can anyone help me please. Thank you. I am operating
    Windows 98.
