Thanks for responding Lanwrench
Didn't meant to confuse things by starting a new post on
this. I guess I don't really understand what's going on
with how the hacker has entered my computer or why they
are under windows update. I do have a firewall with Norton
and Symantec, but I'll try zone alarm as well. I'll also
try your suggestions with reformatting, etc. Thank you.
