Check NTFS permissions on your profile directories. I have seen this on
occasion and it seems it might have been when the logged in user didn't
have permissions of the "usual directories" of his profile. It seems
that Windows will sometimes write those parts into wherever the %TEMP%
(or %TMP%?) environment variable points.
