First of all try to use software like Ad-aware and/or
SpyBot (www.lavasoft.de - it's free)

Also you can boot in a safety mode and to try to delete
this application.
Also you can try to search for the name of this
application in places like autoexec.bat, win.ini, registry
and to delete references to this file, reboot and to
manually delete it.
