We have read in newspaper article we should download a free
repairing patch re Bulletin MS02-068 Security Update for
Microsoft Internet Explorer.

We have Windows ME, Use Netscape Communicator to browse the
web and Outlook Express for e-mail.

Not really computer-smart so do not know if we should
download this security or not. If we do are the
instructions simple?
