Legitimate email??????

I received the same E-mail and had the same question. I
didn't act on the E-mail until today, and when I tried to
open the attachment, I got a security alert, stating, "The
object to be verified is unknown to the trust provider."
That to me was a clue that this might be a hoax, so I
checked on the Microsoft website and was happy to see your
message and the response to DELETE IT NOW! Which I did.
I hope others also questioned it and deleted.
