You can find fixes and cleaner programs for many viruses at
www.symantec.com.
Be certain to have updated anti-virus software running AT ALL TIMES.
When asking for help in newsgroups, you'll need to supply MUCH more
information about your issue.
What "virus"?
Which version of Windows?
How did you find out you had this virus?
