Critical Updates?

Critical Updates, numbers: 810565, and 328310. I have
tried to download and install these several times and
they keep failing to install. I haven't had this problem
with any of the other critical updates. I have tried the
automatic update and from the web site at various times
but no luck. Can someone give me some incite as to what
the problem might be?
