Either one of you might call Microsoft tech support at the numbers listed at
www.microsoft.com/support. This call is free per the info on their web site
[specify at the start of the call that this problem is caused by their
patch]. This may get you a quicker solution, because Microsoft may not be
able to reproduce the problem to see the problem, if it does not happen on
all computers.
